Refund Policy for ZestifyShop

  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched, we will provide a full refund.

If you believe your order is eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email or phone, providing details of your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Proof of Damage or Incorrect Item: For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos or additional documentation to assess the situation.

Once we receive your return or assess the issue, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
