At ZestifyShop, we are committed to delivering your fresh vegetables, fruits, and ghee in the quickest and safest way possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related details for your orders.

1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer local delivery services within Sri Ganganagar and the surrounding areas. If you are located outside of this delivery region, we apologize, but we are unable to process your order at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, delivery will typically be completed within 1 hour for local orders in Sri Ganganagar. The exact delivery time depends on your location within the city or nearby areas.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Local Delivery: We offer free delivery within Sri Ganganagar for all orders.
  • Additional Charges: In some cases, for distant or remote delivery areas, a small delivery charge may be applied. You will be notified of any additional charges before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track the status of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number or face any issues with delivery, please feel free to contact us.

5. Delivery Process

  • Contactless Delivery: To ensure your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery personnel will leave your order at the designated location and notify you upon delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in case of any issues such as:

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
  • Missing or Incorrect Items: If you notice any missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will either replace the items or issue a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order is processed, we begin preparing it for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the delivery, but we can assist with a return or refund, as per our Refund Policy.
